What type of wood do you sell?
All our kiln-dried logs are 100% hardwood, including ash, oak, and birch. We ensure all logs have less than 20% moisture content for optimal burning.
What's the difference between kiln-dried and seasoned logs?
Kiln-dried logs are dried in a controlled environment to below 20% moisture content, while seasoned logs are air-dried naturally. Kiln-dried logs burn more efficiently, produce more heat, and create less smoke.
How should I store my logs?
Store logs in a dry, well-ventilated area, ideally under cover. Keep them off the ground and allow air to circulate around them to maintain their low moisture content.

Do you deliver to flats/apartments?
We deliver to the kerbside or nearest accessible point. For flats, this is usually the main entrance.
