Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This is called your "cooling-off period".
How to Return Items
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Email info@luxurywood.co.uk or call 0115 697 1118
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
- We'll refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to info@luxurywood.co.uk
- We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been used or partially used
- Items not in original packaging
- Bespoke or custom orders
