Luxury Wood is an online family-owned retailer established in 2011. Based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, we have built our reputation on delivering consistently excellent products and outstanding customer service. We operate through distribution centres all over the UK and have a passion for wood and garden products we can sell with pride. We firmly believe that whatever you buy from our website should be of the highest quality possible and that product sustainability is essential. We have a broad selection of both UK and EU-manufactured wood and garden products and we take sustainable sourcing seriously. We buy UK-made goods wherever possible but when we have to import we only work with suppliers who adhere to the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR) policies.
Is it safe to pay for products on this website?
Yes. Our website accepts debit cards or credit cards during checkout and this data is handled by reputable 3rd party payment providers. We do not record or store your card details and no one (including our own employees) can access them after you have completed your purchase. For trade or very large purchases, we are also able to issue VAT invoices which can be paid by bank transfer.
